Oklahomans Get Life For Extracting Cannabis Oil
It is with deep regret and concern that we bring you this news that HB1798 has been passed into law. Governor Mary Fallin signed HB1798 into law on April 29th 2011. Oklahomans will now get up to a double life sentence for extracting cannabis oil. So much for reducing our prison population, and so much for Governors Mary Fallin’s request that Oklahomans start taking responsibility for their own lives and their own health. Oklahoma is now pushed back to the dark ages of the Salem Witch Hunts.
I would just like to know where they think they get the authority to control and regulate nature, to control and regulate individual people’s mind, body and soul. Where do they get it?
It certainly doesn’t come from the 17 delegated powers granted by the Constitution of the United States of America. I certainly never agreed to give any man any authority over my mind, body or soul. So how can this and similar laws even have any force, where does the force of these laws come from?
Oklahoma, we have our work cut out for us here. Please get active and start a local group or movement to repeal cannabis prohibition now. We must work to end these unconstitutional violations of our most basic of rights given to us by our creator, not our government. STAND UP!
